Detail:
Contains 20 mg moxidectin and 125 mg praziquantel for use in horses and ponies over 6 months of age for the treatment and control of large and small strongyles, pinworms, ascarids, hairworms, stomach worms, bots, encysted small strongyles and tapeworms. FDA-approved to suppress the production of small strongyle eggs; a study showed egg suppression persisted for up to 90 days. This residual parasite control reduces pasture contamination and provides a period of protection from reinfection for horses and ponies.
Each syringe treats a single horse weighing up to 1,500 lbs, or two or more lighter animals with a combined body weight of up to 1,500 lbs. Use in rotation with Quest Gel to provide optimum parasite protection.
Applicator features a shorter, wider tube to fit better in hand for easier administration. Ergonomic curved finger grip offers steadier thumb placement.
Proven safe for use in a variety of horses. Quest products are the only ones approved to treat encysted small strongyles in breeding mares and stallions. Do not use in foals less than 6 months of age or in sick, debilitated and underweight horses. Do not use in other animal species as severe adverse reactions may result.
